No deposit is required at this time. Your details are held for settlement on arrival.
Check-in is between 16:00 hrs and 20:30 hrs unless by prior arrangement.
Check-out is by 10:00 hrs.
Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, and Cash Accepted.
Sorry, we can not accommodate children under the age of 18.
Sorry, we do not take pets.
Moray Park is a non-smoking establishment.
Rooms
A maximum of two guests permitted in the rooms, with the exception of the single room which is sole occupancy.
Groups
We do not accept stag or hen groups.
Group bookings, 2 rooms or more, will require a 50% non-refundable deposit, paid at time of booking. Please contact us directly for enquiries regarding 3 or more rooms on 01463 233528.
Smoking
Moray Park Guest House is a NON-SMOKING establishment.
It is illegal (Smoking, Health and Social Care (Scotland) Act 2005), to smoke in any part of the building or grounds (this also applies to E Cigarettes). There are smoke detectors throughout the building which are extremely responsive.
We reserve the right to charge £150 to the card used to make the booking to cover the cost of short-notice deep cleaning per room if smoking is found to have taken place in the rooms.
Parking
We are pleased to provide free parking in our enclosed car park to all our guests. Parking is at owners’ risk.
Damages and Breakages
Guests are liable for damage to the accommodation, room or it’s contents. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, and ask that if any occur this is reported to us as soon as possible. Payment will be charged to the card used to make the booking if significant damage is discovered after departure.
Lost Property
We would be happy to post any items left behind at Moray Park Guest House, the cost of postage will be charged to the card held at the time of booking.
Takeaway Food
We ask that takeaway food is not brought onto the premises. Thank you.
Booking Amendments
Any amendments made to a booking will incur a charge of £10 per room.
Cancellation
We look forward to welcoming you to Moray Park Guest House. If you are unable to travel or have to change your plans, our cancellation policy is available to read on our booking page, during the booking process. We recommend you read this thoroughly and take out adequate travel insurance cover to reduce the risk of loss.
